Weighed my car tonight

With my skinny ass, 1/3 of a tank of gas, and no weight reduction done to the car, my 1991 318is came in at an even 2725.

Minus me (150) that's 2575.

I'm very happy with the results, and makes me think twice about doing such things as taking out the A/C and getting lighter seats.

Anyways, just thought I'd share, and I'd like to know what other people have gotten there cars down too, and what lengths they went to achieve it.

thats tight. i just posted a link in the faq section that will tell you how much weight you will loose for things removed.

Yeah, I'm pretty familiar with how much everything weighs. I was just staing how nice it was that the car is fairly light to begin with.

My friend weighed his track day Trans Am and it came out to a beefy 3475, without the driver. Needless to say he's putting his car on a diet. TRIMSPA BABY :shock:

Us cool guys (bill and I) with said '84 318s got you beat. (I know you have one too robbie, ;) My shit was bone stock 2350 with 1/4 tank of gas. :)
