I am going to try and repair as much as I possibly can myself, and then let the shop handle the paintjob. I am going to shave the door locks and get a stock front bumper to fill the piping and modify with an EVO2 Lip in CF.
I want a CF/FG hood so I can paint it with the car, anyone have a NON-VIS hood for sale? I am interested, scratched or otherwise ugly condition doesn't bother me, but it must be structurally solid and stright.

Damn Ryan, that sucks! But we all know that you'll make it'll look even better once you're done with it. :)

Well, I just got off the phone with my insurance company. They have an adjuster comming to look at my car this week at the bodyshop. I will then get a check written to me for the damages, minus my $1,000 deductable. I will go ahead and fix the car and then when my insurance company settles the case with USPS, I will get my refund. I am going to get all I can for this incident, as I feel that I have been wronged. I am seeing my doctor today as my neck hurts quite a bit from the whiplash.
Thanks for all your support guys. I know it will all work out in the end, but damn I hate to see my car hurt like it is... :(

Why are you paying for this at all? Shouldn't the person that rearended you pay not you? You are not at fault at all.

I looked at the car yesterday...

( not that I am a body work expert ) - But it's totally repairable - and if you know ryan, you know that his car will come out looking even better than before!!!
