I just did a set of euroweaves in duplicolor wheel coating and clear. They look factory and came out great. I didnt want to powder coat as i was unsure what color I wanted to do. But really liked the outcome
silver is timeless, much like my hair

gunmetal is a great color but i think you need some contrast. you could go lighter (silver) or darker (dark charcoal , black) but i would pick silver cause the darker color you paint them the smaller they will look and they are not that big to begin with. the lip is too small to polish and look right in my eyes. i think a silver that is just a little bit darker than stock would look sweet. i also think you should lose the center caps , too.

Did this with Weaves on my first E30. Definately not a bad option, but be warned, people (Matt-B) will think you haven't washed your wheels. EVER.

I did 4 light coats and 1 thick final coat of base . By the time you get to the fourth coat you have a feel for how heavy you can go without sagging. Then i put 2 full cans of clear on them. I think the shit is really tough too. I had tires mounted like 8 hours after paint and nothing was harmed
