Usually we do not run those wheels. We normally run a 14x7 Panasport Wheel. However on that weekend we wanted to run a set of 225-50-15 tires, so we had those wheels on hand to mount the tires on. My wife Stephanie drove the car that weekend.
37 PRO3 cars ran that weekend (support race for the Bi-Mart 125), we were the only ones on Type A's, that's for sure. Though they didn't look all that bad on the car. Just heavy though.

One of the highlights for the PRO3 group was running as a support race during the NASCAR Bi-MART 125 race weekend at Portland Int'l Raceway in Portland, Oregon. Besides lots of great on track racing action, the drivers were made available for autograph sessions with the NASCAR fans.

If you have sanctioning body NASA running in your region, then you may have SpecE30 which is a similar type of E30 race series.
