Freshly dead hookers do give off some heat. But I find midgets have more surface area per mass, and give off their heat quicker.

(BTW - people aren't afraid of this thread, it's just kinda...awkward to see someone do a bunch of work for nothing.)

Put the stock heater back in, you will need it to keep your windows from fogging up. Don't wast your time redesigning a heater system when bmw already did that.

I dont need all the functions of the of the stock system.

Im actually really happy about how this is coming together. Im taking my time and doin it the best I can. In the end it should be a much simpler version of the stock system and I can get rid of the ugly hvac panel.

Yep - that's what this interior needed is to get rid of the HVAC panel. Should spruce that right up.
