Dealing with Mr. Lens?

I ordered mine in August, still have not shown up. He is a shady guy. When you ordered, you must have noticed that you paid to a food company. That threw me off, but I thought I would get the lenses. Nope.
My advice? Try and get your money back, good luck, I havent.

Wait a little while...

The rule all across the country is you have till 3 days after receipt of your statement showing the erronious charge to notify them. Consumers are 0 liable on CC purchases. The credit card takes the money back from the vendor and then it is on the vendor to PROVE that they delivered the product. If not they are vulnerable to a breach of contract law.

Since they are out of country most likely your CC company will just take their money from Mr.Lense's (or who he goes through) account.

That is basically how I gave Nikis-Place a nice unlubed one in the ass. Now its up to them to finish thier job before they see a damn dime.
