So I get a keyless entry system from JC whitney for Christmas and I notice it is a bit different then what was ordered and pictured on their website.So I decide to ask why on their websites chat. They have some AWESOME customer service.

You: part or you mean item#
Tiffany: The part number of the item you have.
You: where do I find this number? I have everything in front of me that was sent

Tiffany: So then that would be the correct item.
You: thats what is under the MFG PART No
You: instructions read model 6RTA
Tiffany: That would be the correct item that was ordered then.
You: and the link on your site shows a part less than what I recieved??
You: do you think I have an updated system then?
You: and your web site is out dated for this item

You: its not that I think I have the wrong instructions
You: I think I have a keyless system that was sold to me that is not whats pictured
Tiffany: The pictures on our website are generic.
You: receipt clearly says 6RT
You: I got the 6rtA model
You: I really dont care as long as this unit in my hands will also work??
You: can you tell me if the 6rt and 6rtA are kinda the same?
Tiffany: I dont have a 6RTA just the 6RT.
Tiffany: Do you have the manufacturer phone number?
You: um, i see it on the instructions. so I guess, yes.
Tiffany: I would give them a call since I dont have a 6RTA listed I really cant say if they are the same or how much of a difference there is between the to.
You: This is not the best customer service we got going here.
You: I buy a specific product and receive another
You: then I have to call the manufacturer to find out?
Tiffany: I will be right with you.

Tiffany: I dont have the 6RTA so I cant tell you anything about it. I could call the manufacturer for you but I would be just transferring information and normally its easier for you to talk to them directly.
You: Not too thrilled but I guess that's the only way I will find out.
