take it to the track. i thought you guys were 'professional street drifters' with spotters and shit.

            good luck with that.

But it COULD have been you. Buddy, he drifted under a SEMI. You had a hard time getting sympathy from us when you railed into a curb, do you REALLY think we're gonna cut this kid a break?

YOU DON"T DRIVE 240SX's OR SKYLINES, NOR DO YOU LIVE IN JAPAN WHERE THEY HAVE TRACKS AND CONTESTS ALL OVER THE PLACE FOR DRIFTING.

STOP DRIFTING AND LEARN TO RACE FOR REAL - BY KEEPING YOUR TIRES UNDERNEATH YOU, INSTEAD OF YOU UNDERNEATH A SEMI.

Seriously, this is the shit that happens with "street drifting." Don't expect us to feel bad for you guys.

i wasn't really tryin to rag on ya like that. i know what its like, i've been there and done that. but it's just more proof that sometimes we need to be more sensible on the streets. but i guesss we all learn from our own mistakes.

ba, that dosent kill the car! go to a yard, cut that chunk off and weld it in place, even a hack job with bondo to make it looks 'alright' will do. Totaled, yes if fixed correctly. undrivable, NOOOOO!!

besides, looks like that car lacks in clear coat.

                            My first E30...

that sucks, but occasionally it happens when you're testing your limits.

that's why i've got 225s now, i can go as fast as i want (which pretty much means "not slowing down from 80 for freeway interchanges") and still be at probably 50% of total potential of the car itself- which is way inside what i can handle.

but don't let these guys turn you off, the e30 platform sold like hotcakes in its day and there's always another unibody to swap your shit into if what you've got isn't fixable.

either way, get yourself out there and going again, ideally with a lesson learned from this incident- don't let a setback kill whatever aspirations you have, erik.
