Those wheels are Voxx brand cheapie wheels.
True that particular wheel does come in an decent size for e30's.
Can be found all day on eBay.
In this part of he country Discount Tires sells the shit out of them for uber cheap.

I actually have pics of these on a guys red vert if anyone really wants to see them on an e30.
