The right rear qp is fucked beyond sensible repair. Going to get it pulled out so that I can put a proper taillight in again, then drive as is.

It's an early euro rear. They had this sort for three or four years before going to chrome euro bumpers.

MY friend had the same car, only in a bit worse condition(dent on the nose and faded paint)

It was a cool car but he wasn't exactly mechanically inclined and sold it for cheap as soon as something broke.
