Is it really a TMS chip?

Bought the car with this chip supposedly installed. Far too buzy with things that matter to drop the glovebox and ecu to confirm. How can I be sure that this is the case? I have an extra one, but I don't want to get it out and find out I already have one. Car still needs a bit of a tuneup and such to really gauge by butt dyno, and it def revs past 5k, anything else?

    Thanks guys.

It really doesn't take long at all to check the chip itself. Pull the ECU and open it up. Took me like 10 mins or less to take the old one out and reinstall the whole deal.

I cant remember, which side do I take off, the one WITH the Motronic label, or without?
