Reportedly he can now move his fingers, which is a really good sign.

Man, talk about just a genuinely good person... Hope he's back in before the season's end.

I hope if he does come back he doesn't have the drop in performance that Massa had after his incident. I am just glad it isn't life threatening and that it is looking promising that he will be able to have good or full use of his hand in the future in all honesty though.

Sounds like he's doing well, he was able to talk to family and move his fingers, and they are expecting him to make a full recovery.

I don't think he'll be out of the sport for good, he seems to have too strong of a character for that.

Kubica was my favorite driver for the last few yrs. I hope, wish, and pray that he is able to come back.

Really hoping they go with Heidfeld over Luzzi and Hulkenburg.

How awesome would it be to have next years Renault line-up Kubica and Heidfeld

Looks like there is a legitimate chance some of us might get our wish of Heidfeld at Renault!

I like Nick. I hope it works out for both parties.

Lol who didn't see this coming? Ford doesn't want Ferrari riding on the coattail of their glorious truck's name...

Best of luck to Kubica. Was just going to post about Ford Sueing Ferrari for the F150 name.

According to Ford, Ferrari has used the name "in order to capitalise on and profit from the substantial goodwill that Ford has developed in the F-150 trademark".
Wow, I mean, I've know stupid people but... wow

Ferrari has already begun changing the name of the car to the "F150th Italia."

Yeah Ford, Ferrari is really tarnishing your reputation.

I will also be curious to see which exhaust solution works better. The Renault style front-exit exhaust, or RBR's design. They have apparently exploited some small wording loop-hole and have managed to create a semi-blown diffuser.
