Buttons drive through was for speeding during the safety car.

The drive thru was technically because he was speeding on his in-lap when he pitted. The incident was said to be investigated after the race.I think he was penalized for the Hamilton incident when he did the drive thru penalty. Button really pushed hard but Vettel, trying to stay away from Button pushed a bit too hard and I could tell that was eating him up after they parked.
Kudos for Webber for his consistency:)
EDIT: Hick beat me to itComment

Regardless of the outcome, please tell me you saw Vettel straight BEAST through the left hand turn prior to losing control?! Locked up the rear and powerslid out! haha the camera angle caught it well. Very nice driving displayed up to that point, although a little aggressive. tires just couldn't handle it.

Crazy race! Happy to see Schumi put in a solid performance, the merc just didn't have the pace in the dry/drying conditions.
It was also kinda strange to see HRT actually win the race of the new teams on merit! they must be pretty happy with that, hopefully they can find a sponsor now haha

I didnt think either of hamiltons touches were that bad,,, the button one i thought was completely a racing incedent, and if anything buttons fault,,,,, same exact thing Schumi was berraded about last year with rubino. Obviously the weber one was his doing but really, either one wouldnt be a big deal with anyone other than him,,, but he has built a reputation for himself now.....
On another topic, the mercedes commercial with schumi, rosberg, and mika was great, first time I have seen it, and well anytime you include mika its bound to be cool.Comment

Button was following the racing line but it did look like (from one of the angles) that he moved rather sharply left when Hamilton tried to pass. Button did take out Alonso too.

^Button had the racing line and Alonso turned down on him. Not really sure how to see it any differently, I like Alonso, but Button had the line.Need parts now? Need them cheap? steve@blunttech.com

Nonsense. Button was the over taking car, Alonso gave him room on the inside and Button came across to tag Alonso int he right rear.
Its not enough to cause Button to lose the race, more of a racing incident

Okay, so what happened at the end? I watched as much as I could, then we had tornado warnings in my area, so the local news broke in on Fox and said the same thing for the next hour. I tried to follow it on FIA's timing & scoring, but couldn't see how Button took the lead. Any insight?Comment
