Has anybody written one up? If so I can't find one, but then again I suck at searching. Have to switch mine over this weekend to make sure I can drive back and forth to work. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Once you see it, you'll know what to do since its not really that difficult. Just remember to disconnect the battery and tighten the belt. But if you wanna guide, you can download the manuals (http://www.r3vlimited.com/board/showthread.php?t=193176) and use that.
