    alternator DIY

    Has anybody written one up? If so I can't find one, but then again I suck at searching. Have to switch mine over this weekend to make sure I can drive back and forth to work. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

    Yor are rebuilding your alternator or just swaping it out?

            loosen, remove 2 bolts and undo 2 wires.

            reinstall? Its a 30 min job

              removed wallet from pocket.... hand creditcard to mechanic

                haha that's what i thought, i don't need to take off any other parts or anything right?

                          Once you see it, you'll know what to do since its not really that difficult. Just remember to disconnect the battery and tighten the belt. But if you wanna guide, you can download the manuals (http://www.r3vlimited.com/board/showthread.php?t=193176) and use that.
