              mpg's

i get 24 city and 36 highway in my 87 325 and that with a heavy right foot....

i get 17 city and 25 highway in my 91 325ix and thats not with a heavy right foot.

the gearing, awd, and extra weight make the ix way more expensive to drive. but its a fun car non- the less.

OBC says 21.9 MPG, riding it out through a gear or two at least 4-5 times a day, driving mostly in the city. I hear chips make for better gas mileage though.
