It does not need a copyright notice on the photo to be copyrighted. Basically, unless you took the photo yourself, you don't have any right to use it. Anything that any artist creates is automatically copyrighted to him or her.

Thats just one of those really thin easy to say things, thats all i gotta say. But hey since you have a problem with it, its fine i wont print that picture but for myself alone.
Like i said anyone can have that copyright and unless you can't accept the fact that its bound to have been printed out before through me or what not maybe you've just got your reason to be mad? maybe past experience or something with something similar to this situation.Comment
