I agree, my buddy runs 3.5 prostars on the front of his fbody and its funny to watch him try and make a corner... may i suggest stripping the black paint from the current wheel setup and running full polished? I think it would look 25 times better

I'm not a huge fan of the hatchback mustangs from that era but I love the notchbacks. I was originally looking for a notchback before I stumbled upon the world of e30's. Nice looking car you have there.

Agreed that polished would look a lot better. I got in incredible deal on these including the tires. This setup has only 65 miles on them. The Nitto 05R are the latest offered from Nitto. The rear tires alone retails for over $300, the 10.5" reps are not cheap either. I traded my dusty welds plus $425 and scored this setup. Had I did an out right purchase, I would have bought a set of silver wheels. I can't complain for spending $425 for a set of wheels and tires that would easily cost well over $1000. Especially knowing I wouldn't want to risk driving on 3.5" wheels. Also in the mustang community, Cobra wheels are very sought after, especially 10.5" anniversaries.

I really like it, notchbacks are the only way to go. I'm going to build a fox body one of these days but I want to build a nasty mod motor or LSx, swap in '03 Cobra IRS and run some fat BBS RK's.

That looks like a great car. I've always loved the potential of the foxbody platform. My dad's restoring a '64 Galaxie and I've got a 66 C10 that is getting a custom frame along with lots of goodies, so lots of love for any american muscle from me.

The Welds did look FAR better. I DD my S-15 with 3.5" prostars in the front. You just have to take turns a little slower. I had no problem with them.

This. Although I'll go a step further and say that I just plain really hate Fords. :-P That being said, fox bodies were some of the best looking for the time period and the 5.0 engine was very well designed. Much, MUCH better than the shitty 305's the GM cars got, that's for sure (I had two Camaros that had those worthless lumps in them).

305's weren't ever meant to be fast though. Ford designed the 302 to be it's successor motor. Just like chevy's 350's. 305's really do suck
