if it apparently does not do anything, it´s probably not working. Pull it out and check for damage in the wires, and/or make sure the button itself is functional. As to what it does, I think we can now officially dub it "the mystery button". I personally think it activates the nano-gremlin-bots installed by BMW to make your car fail so you have to buy parts from them.

why do all the noobs have to ruin the fun, it is clearly a sunroof & seat ejector button! didn't you see Goldfinger? Bond's DB5 had the same button, BMW got on the James bond train quick (sadly they had to use a z8 to get there....) they were all over that spy shitComment
