About the mph - km/h speedos:
I just got a euro cluster, and have the km/h speedo in it. It's easy to get used to, you just have to remember a couple speed ratios, like:
30 km/h --> 18 mph
50 km/h --> 30 mpg
80 km/h --> 50 mpg
130 km/h --> 80 mpg

and then just interpolate in between.
