    No, but many US spec cars are sold with DRLs now.
    For example, my parents' 2002 Volvo V70XC.
    It gets annoying at times... and we've just about gone through all bulbs..

      All GM cars for the past 10 years or so have DRLs on all the time, I disabled them in my GTP a while back, I just cut a brown wire lol

        pull the the light lever into the middle position. It'll turn them off, just remember to put it back to where it was when you turn off your car cuz the signal lights will stay on and drain your battery.

          ^Yeah that's what I do. My headlights are tinted anyways so they're not very bright, but the light coming through takes away from the effect when driving in the day.

          Probably was my car on youtube, there's a video on there.
