M20 or M50 ?

    Unless you're going Forced Induction I think an M50 is a wast of time.... Yes, they have better head flow than an M20, but you won't feel much of a difference.

    If you're going to swap in an E36 motor I would suggest at least a S50B30US, they're already OBD1 and if you can find one at a good deal they can be cheaper to swap then an M52

    A fun swap to do that is less expensive than an M/Sx motor but will still give more power than an M20 is a M30B35. They're produce more HP than an M20 (yes they weigh more) and are great for FI...... someday, when you have more funds.

    That's what I'd do on a small budget.

      I know everyone hates the "what am I missing" but I read a lot of stuff and just want to make sure I didn't forget anything major, could someone check that list? Thanks!

        Am I missing any accessories that won't work from my stock E30? Also when I am getting belts to fit the pulleys and what not, they will all be M50 correct? And can anyone suggest a reliable flywheel that's not too expensive.
        Anyone willing to look this over?
