Cooling Fan and Clutch Needs Replacement?

When this happens, how do I know I need to replace it?

do the rolled up newspaper trick.

When the engine is at operating temperature, stab a piece of rolled up newspaper into the fan. If its stops easily then your fan clutch is toast.

I have a brand new one if you need it. ;-)

But based on your picture, it looks like your rubber motor mounts need replacing ASAP.
