    Smoked fog lights

    Hi everybody;
    I am new to this forum, just bought a AW II 91 318is. I am looking for a pair of decent fog lights, do you think these are good quality:

    ebay fog lights are sketchy..
    but the e30 used in the picture looks like its using the OEM fog lights.. not smoked..

      stock foghlights are already "smoked" - the inside part of the reflector is black so the rest of the reflector looks black (just like the highbeams on smoked hellas).

      smoking the lenses is silly. they're already nearly useless in stock form, and now add 50% light output on top of that..

        I'm normally an original parts guy, but I cheaped out with the ebay fog lights last summer. No problems so far and they look great... I plan on wiring HID into them

          Welcome Al. Glad to see you here. Al is an 02 guy at heart and makes very nice seat belts for the vintage crowd. We have done lots of business together. Al can make sweet Evo seat belts for the e30 if anyone is interested.

            Thanks Steve, nice to be here. I love my car (only if I had the title already!), I must admit much better car than our good old 2002s.
