When i think about these all I can see is Mr. Bean and his mini being run over by a 20 ton tank. Hilarious with an epic face of despair. LOLLeave a comment:

Shant, I see rust in all the usual places on that car. In my experience if you see rust on the outside of a mini multiply it by 3 and that's what it has underneath. They are way simpler than e30's but body work and paint work will cost the same as any other car. No one will charge less because it's smaller. In fact I just bought an Isetta which is even smaller than a mini and the guy at the body shop quoted me bit higher for paint (no major bodywork) than what he charged for an e30 M3. Also aren't older cars emission exempt in California? You should look elsewhere. I'll trade you for your white M3.Leave a comment:

This was my dream first car, happy I got into an e30 instead, much better choice for first whip.Leave a comment:

SU's have almost no moving parts so thats easy. Perhaps a leakdown test for basic engine integrity?Leave a comment:

Gonna go back tomorrow to drive it. It had a dead battery and carb problem but he did eventually get it to run a bit. Then it poured rain. When I left the guy took the carb off to his mechanic.Says it should be done tomorrow. See how legit this is. Wondering who has a mechanic fix a carb so quickly but doesn't hurt to go back and drive it.Leave a comment:

Ok, saw this one today. Guy wants 5 grand for it or possible trade in a few cars from my tow yard.Car has the usual rust, green paint is shot and has only one tear in the drivers seat. Tires are all worn but does come with all four original wheels. Runs but will need a tune up for sure.
Im almost positive it is a 93 or around that year but is registered on the pink as a 71.Has Cal registration which is a plus.
Tell me your thoughts...
