No A pillar gauge pod? How about a vent pod?

I know there is one made for the E30 M3, I have it here. It fits like shit and even with trimming will not look good enough for me to install in my car. Is there really nobody who makes this for a non-M E30?

I was also considering a center vent pod but since I am only running 2 gauges I would prefer one that took up only one side of the vents as opposed to both like I've seen. Does this exist?

    Thanks,
    Matt

There should not be a difference between m and non-m vents.
Maybe it doesn't fit because its not made right?

Making your own custom gauge pod for a vent would be easy enough if you have even the slightest ability to work with fg, or even just bondo.

I have one and I can't remember where I bought this brand new in satin black. Fits 99% perfect in my e30 and I installed a identical one in a e30 m3 and fits 99% good as mine, so I would say both cars are the same for the a pillar?

Here is my e30 turbo and the friend's M3 A pillar pod installed.

Are you talking about this vent pod?

I test fit this pillar pod http://www.gaugepods.com/bmw.html but ended up making my own for the center vent

I do enjoy my ashtray gauge pod. I've only had it two years but I can't remember for the life of me where I bought it...

I didn't say there was a difference in the vents, there's a difference in the pillars.
Very cool but not $400+ cool.

Strange. I'm not 100% sure where mine was originally from but it definitely does not fit my E30 right at all! I have an E30 M3 here as well and it matches up to the M3 A pillar cover PERFECTLY.

I actually have one that replaces the radio with 2 gauges but I want to keep the tunes in the turbo car.

I would definitely never run an ashtray pod. I like to be able to see the gauges while driving.

Our Euwerks pod may not be what your interested in, but here it is anyway. Looks very OEM when installed. Its based on the old tuner pods like the one in my car. Here is a pic of the original (as we do not have installed pictures yet), followed by a few pics of our actual product. They will be available in OEM style vinyl, and real Alcantara.
