do you have a 318is? We didn't get them. The prongs do have power though, my flashlight works/charges
Ive got an 89 325i Sedan. It has the prongs and I checked with a DMM and it has power, but no flashlight. ANybody got an extra one laying around?

It would be cool if someone rebuilt them with LED's and new NIMH batteries. Then they would kick ass. They would be better then a mag light.

as cool as the flashlight is, it kinda sucks. the flashlight in my newer bimmer provides about as much light as a bic lighter. I went to target and got a $7.99 mini-mag light. It works great. Spraypaint it with the motorsport stripes and you've got quite the ghetto fabulous accessory.
