What's a good GPS these days?

I used to have an early-generation Tom Tom, and really liked it. That was like, oh, 6+ years ago though. I'm sure they've gotten better since then.

What's a good, reasonably-priced GPS nowadays, strictly for in-car use (not hiking or geocaching or anything else) ?

Doesn't have to be a bargain bin GPS, but not a supercomputer either.

Gonna run it in an E30, of course, so if you know of one that fits well in a certain spot or whatever, that's ideal.

    Thanks!

I have a Blackberry, no GPS on it.

I was thinking like a good dash-mounted unit, that kinda thing.

I use a Garmin, I have a basic one, she doen't talk but works great. I have the small one, I personally think the smaller the better. It fits pretty well in the bottom left of the windshield using the suction cup. I also try to keep in charged prior to use so I don't have to deal with plugging it in.

Any particular Nuvi that you recommend? I was thinking like $200-$250?

Yeah, I'd like one that will hang on the windshield without a problem. My Tom Tom was a big heavy beast that kept pulling itself off the windshield.

Garmin nuvi. Get one with Bluetooth and lane assist. It's awesome!!!!

I think I have the 265? Maybe. It's the smallest one with Bluetooth and real time traffic
I need your obd1 parts! Harness intake ecu etc.
