Again, kind of a sketchy moment here, when the link to him talking about burning down the car is removed from what I believe is his car forum
You need to get your shit straight. You weren't pointing out an 'unbiased 3rd person perspective' because you already said you 'dont care enough to read up on it fully' so that's an uninformed perspective. You don't care enough to get the facts but you sure care enough to throw around your thoughts.

Also, the Mike guy doesn't run or own a forum, he's just a very active member on it.

Rusty was an Icon wheather you liked it or not. It really was a major force in the "stace" scene and helped bring along alot of different people together. It's a real shame Mike lost alot of personal possesions in that fire, the car being the least of them. Thank Gog no one was hurt.

Just because we are on the internet doesn't mean you shouldn't censor some things from being typed, it's just common curtesy. I for one support a fellow enthusiast no matter what his / tastes, respect the build not the aesthetics.

Well ya got me there, then. All it said was "Stanceworks Member" and "Stanceworks OG" but upon closer inspection he does seem to have a lot to do with the goings on there.

Either way, have some class, people. He isn't Hitler or Charles Manson, his car never hurt you, he's a fellow enthusiast with different taste than you who lost a lot of work and a car I'm sure he loved. If you have no compassion or sympathy for him just because his tastes differed from yours, you need to be fitted with a helmet.

That thread was 2 fucking years old. Do you really think some comment he said about torching his car in jest that far back is relevant? That thread was back when Rusty was rusted, pre oil rub, pre bags, pre 1jz, pre chopped roof, pre gutted interior.

Who would burn down their own garage that had thousands upon thousands of dollars worth of wheels and tools, not to mention a car that he'd owned for who knows how long and put 100's of hours worth of blood, sweat and tears into?

His car was dope though. Whether or not he painted it or left it as it is his work was put in it. How would you like it if you accidentally burn down your project car. Accident's happen only prevention is the best cure.

That car had more character and soul than any car on this forum. It is a tragedy that it's gone. I think the least that could be expected is respect for what was lost, imagine how it would feel to have to watch your pride and joy be destroyed by a freak accident you caused.

Don't know if your going to check this thread, but I am really sorry to hear what happened. You have lived my worst nightmare ( I have often thought about if my garage would burn down with all my non registered cars in it)
best wishes on getting something out insurance if its pos.

Had more character? Stop hugging the guys dick.

I'm glad it burned down and if things dont go as well as planned, he won't get a dime out of it and will probably end up in a jail cell. Helllllllloooo screen shot of his thread on the idea of setting the e28 on fire.

It was said the supposed gas can that caught on fire was behind the middle pillar. If it was behind the middle pillar why is only the e28 on fire and nothing else? Specifically..the..e..28..
