      Thank You 425 Motorsports

425 Motorsports have donated a Planted seat bracket, fits an E30.

These are recently developed by 425 Motorsports as a universal seat mount that will accept a wide variety of seat manufactures. They have sold a lot of seats and factory mounting brackets and have noted that the brackets can flex and sometimes the welds start to break. These Planted brackets are much sturdier.

This is a view of the top. The thre holes in the corners are to mount the sliders of the seat, choosing the right holes based on the seat manufacture. The larger diagonal holes in the middle are weight savings. The area in between can be drilled if you want to mount a race seat right to this thing with no front/back adjuster.

View of the bottom, showing the feet. This is for an E30. They also make these for a number of BMWs.

A short YouTube video demonstrates the seat bracket:

However, if the winner has stock style springs he/she can give us a call and we will gladly swap.:)

Right on! Just as an FYI, there is a free app called square that allows you to take credit card payments with your iPhone straight to your bank account. They send you a free card reader when you download the app that plugs into your headphone jack.. Ill be bringing that along(as well as plenty of cash for the raffle!!) with my items to sell this weekend.. Makes it easier for some folks.
