What kind of Ricardo's are these?

LOL ROFL JK I know what kind they are.

Schweet craigslist score, mint shape Recaro Orthopedics. Pretty sure they're out of a porsche 924, was about a $4000 option back in the day according to the internets. Hooked them up to power and the recline and heat work great. Upper bolsters are adjustable, and the top part around your shoulders can be tilted fore/aft a little bit separate from the seat back. 3rd button which I assume is for lumbar support pump up makes a nasty noise and nothing seems to happen. Will split them apart tomorrow and see exactly what's making the noise and what's wrong with lumbar.

Does anybody have experience with recaro's with air bladder lumbar support? The button seems to be on or off, I'm wondering how to bleed down the system if you pump it up too much? All of this assumes I'll get it working.

Anyways just wanted to share my happiness and excitement. Gonna try to get some adapters in a hurry and get them in my S52 vert along with the rest of the black interior by gutenfest. Oh yeah...pics

They were 1.5 hours a way and dude didn't have pics, so I started feverishly researching the luxury/comfort recaros trying to figure out what they were exactly from his description on phone. I found this brochure:


and knew they had to be 1 of them. To be honest I was a tiny bit bummed they were the orthopedics because the other ones are all more badass looking, but the mintness and fact that all the important stuff worked (he had never powered them) more than made up for that disappointment. I'm like a proud father.
