    some help please

    Hey guys, friend of mine hit his e30 into a gutter today. it was a slight hit on the front spoiler and caused some gutter rash on the front RH wheel. He drove off after and the steering wasn't aligned, slightly off centre. Can it be a damaged control arm or damaged wheel? he's pretty paranoid lol

      Yes...

      Could also be a tie-rod is bent

      he's pretty paranoid
      No reason to be. Both are easy to replace.

          its probably the tie-rod and it will need an alignment. same thing happened to me..snow :(

              at the very least he needs an alignment.
              AWD > RWD
