Nice list kershaw one question why are you pricing an entire diff for a leaky diff.

replacing all flange seals and gaskets cost me $70 in parts. No more leaks and still have my LSD

If I were to replace just the leaking seals it would have been $16.

just buy the whole top from someone parting a convertible. should be like $300-500.

front valence. junkyard. $30. forums. $100.
anti-lock. could be new fluid to everything replaced. good luck.
rear window. new motor/tracks. junkyard. $20.
    new speedometer. forums. $50-75.
air conditioner. if you're asking, you probably need a shop to do this. $200+.
    overheating. thermostat+coolant. autozone. $30.
new diff. junkyard $50. forums $50 (open) to $250 (limited slip.)

If you are planning on fixing these problems yourself, look up the prices of the parts you'll need.

If you want to pay a shop to do it, they can give you an estimate on the cost.

Well for the conv top and the valence your gonna need a body shop. if you supply the valence it shouldnt be more than 300 bucks... as for the other stuff expect to pay 500 bucks atleast. or you could do it yourself..
