Metal/Body Work On Cars (Orange County,Cal)

Hey just curious if anyone is skilled with metal work on cars in the Orange County,Cal area?
Got a few questions for you if there is.

Its not for my BMW but for some rust work on my mini.Cutting out one floor pan and some run on the side lower sill.
Would like to try and do the repairs on my own and save a few bucks on a better paint job. That is all.
