Figure out how to produce a nice looking/fitting E30 MTech I rear wing for <$200.

You'll sell all of the, you make. I don't think the IS lip is worth messing with.
I can look into making mtech 1 spoilers.. the problem there is finding one to replicate. Also would it be a problem if it were to be all made of plastic? as in no rubber edge...

I'd be down, but I'd say there's probably a good point in getting a reiger lip done because all of the current fiberglass reiger replicas are simply fucking awful.

you know what id really like to see? a replica Evo m3 spoiler for non-M vehicles. the initial model for the mold would have to be one-off, but I'm sure there'd be some decent interest. That or a Hartge trunk spoiler would be SICK. Either of these could be worth your time, as the ones currently on the market are pretty expensive. Apologies for not answering your initial question and being off topic, but I think it's worth mentioning. Having access to plastic molds can be a nice investment in your position. You have the right idea, I just think you may be looking to profit on the wrong part.

Best advise in this thread. Use factory mounting, and clips, but do something unique, but along the same e30 type lines. Maybe an early model euro style, or brake ducted, narrowbody EVO III with secondary ducting or something unique.

I can look into skirts, but to start i'm going to see what the cost would be on rieger lips and mtech 1 spoilers, possible the hartge spoilers as well. To make something unique would be a lot more difficult, as I would have to fabricate one and then make a mold from that. I haven't done a lot of fabrication so its easiest for me to take something already made and make a mold.

Definitely this... or like others have said something else that looks great and would be your own idea product.
