This is about an hour south of me. I contacted the guy about the last e36 pictured and it's a rough 318is.

This is probably THE MOST documented 325ix you will ever see. It even includes original BMW Window sticker, Original Bill of sale, Original agreement of sale and
ALL SERVICE RECORDS since day 1! All books and brochures are also included!
230k on the body, engine has been rebuilt around 60k miles ago, everything works! Brand new Tune-up!
Mechanically the car is EXCELLENT ! Besides an insane amount of work and maintenance that has been done and documented through out the years, AMS Autowerks in Linden, NJ just finished the mechanical work where they replaced the following :
Timing Belt
Timing Belt Tensioner
Timing Belt Tensioner Spring
Timing Belt Tensioner Guide Pin
Cam Seal and O-Ring
Water Pump
Thermostat
Thermostat O-Ring
Valve Adjustment
Valve Cover Gasket
Spark Plugs
Alternator Belt
Power Steering Belt
Air Compressor Belt
BMW Coolant
Oil Filter
synthetic Engine Oil
Fuel Filter
Transmission Filter
Transmission Fluid
Transfer Case Fluid
Front Differential Fluid
Rear Differential Fluid
Brand New Stainless steel exhaust system
Exhaust manifold shields
Rear suspension antiroll bar links
Brand New Battery! (5 year warranty)
Young's Collision in Maplewood, NJ performed complete paint job and they also shaved the moldings off on the doors like an E30 M3 style, in addition - the engine bay was also painted. The shop also installed brand new Euro Hella Black/Tinted headlights, slim HIDs/Xenon, 325iS Lower front Lip, new sunroof seal, new window seals, they refinished factory 15" basket weaves and installed brand new, custom BMW e30 comfort 325ix interior featuring front heated seats and rear ski pass seat with real recaro cloth and leather. New Roundels (Front and Rear), custom all weather rubber mats (front and rear)
all in all, not counting the cost of the clean 325ix, over $12k were spent on this awesome BMW. Yes, you can buy one cheaper, but to build something similar to this will take lots of time and money, trying to source the parts, taking it to the body shop and going thru the hassle of putting it together piece by piece. This car is not perfect but it is a very very nice E30 that looks and drives great !
Does anyone know what seats those are?sigpic

I can understand the second one, but the thought of the first one, especially being a slushbox, I can't understand how that could go for anywhere NEAR that much money."Leafeon" '92 Lagunengrun 325i Vert (Daily Driver/Project)

^ It's a shock that some people list our cars as "restored." When I think of a restored car a '69 SS Camaro comes to mind. Ie a 40k dollar car. Also the fact that as I go through and fix and update various parts of my car, that I am in effect, restoring it in the same fashion as a restomod muscle car. I mean every time I see a '65 mustang, I think, my car is our generation's version of THAT. It's just a shocker.. and kinda cool, too.
it's a Kenny Powers quote on wheels
