    What spark plugs are best for a turbo'd 87 325i ?

    (2.7 head on a 2.5 block)

        BP7ES's. Running it in my current build. My buddy ran it in his boosted M20 and it was ideal.
        1989 325i - 2.7i, Holset H1C, 60lb injectors, whodwho MS-PNP.

                  all about the stroker turbo. same things in my ix. how many pounds u running and what kind of numbers you think youre putting down?

                      I have been running stock Bosch Super, may change that depending on tuning whenever I get that done.

                        I recently checked compression...it was at 168psi. I was surprised that it was so high, I expected it to be around 150psi.

                        I bought this car from someone that didn't have the cashoala and BMW appreciation to build it correctly. I did the suspension, replaced the turbo, and plan to install megasquirt. It's gonna take a few months but, it should be nice when I'm finished. 'm not a cheapskate and plan to do it tastefully.

                        I'm assuming it should push around 230hp, It's set to 6psi at the moment.
                        It's also got a 4.10 LSD.

                        She smokes at lights sometimes....I'm not sure why, any answers ? The smoke comes from the exhaust as if the turbo had blow by. I replaced it and it's better buts till not smoke free.
