      It has a drastically higher effect than adding the same amount of mass to the vehicle because it is rotating mass. It will hurt gas mileage, acceleration etc., but it's all due to increased moment of inertia.

                                Also if you call tirerack they can source wheels better than most. They will find you 16x9 steelies.

                                I want wheels so bad, I hate but love my bottlecaps. But if it wont pass smog I can't spend a dollar on anything else.
