Help me pick my B-day present for the e30!

Alright, so i've got 91 318is that i've been slowly working into decent shape. I'm giving myself a birthday present, and need to decide what's going to be the most bang for the buck. I'll say budget is about $300. Basic reliability is a separate matter, and is being addressed regardless.

    Current kit:
    M42 w/ Chipped ECU
    IE stage 3 springs
    Bilstein Sports
    E30 m3 Offset CABs
    Poly Motor Mounts
    Mtech I wheel

    My options:
    1. Z3 Steering Rack Swap (my stock rack is fine)
    2. Z3/Z4 Short Shifter (my stock shifter is fine + bushings are good)
    3. Euro Smileys + Euro Grille (currently running sealed beams and us grilles)
note - I don't drive the e30 at night. this would be primarily cosmetic :)
    4. DIY BBK - not sure how far $300 would go toward this!
    5. SS brake lines + Track Pads + Good brake fluid
    6. 'is Side Skirts + paint matching for my front lip
    7. 4.10 LSD or 3.91 LSD (car currently has a 4.10 open diff)
    8. ?

The car is not really a DD - just weekend fun-mobile.
Short term goals: get it running really well, solve oil leaks, make reliable, get some seat time at HPDEs. Long term goals: 24v swap, more seat time!

Any suggestions? Thoughts? What's going to make the most immediate impact on overall car enjoyment? I'm honestly at a loss to decide!

I'd say out of the list the Z3 rack or Z3 shifter kit would bring you the most bang for your buck. And you would be able to immediately feel the differences.

Off the list, maybe a new set of wheels?

My vote will be for the is skirts and matched lip/mirrors – that way, exterior is ‘done’ and you can move focus to mechanical maintenance – which it appears you are correctly addressing regardless.

then brake health – then short shift – then LSD – then e36 rack

Well the exterior wouldn't be done until you get the euro smilies/euro grilles/is skirts/euro bumper trim. But that's just me.

I dont think we are helping... HAHA. Do the rack. Thats a serious change. Rx7 brakes for 250? only if you do the maching yourself and use the fittings from the volvo.

More SNAP!, 445 gears, headers, muffler, expert to dial in your cams, that car looks real nice allready. LSD= snow days which i don't think you get snow, autoX / LSD
