i have a client that wants us to build him bulletin boards. they are clear acrylic with vinyl graphics on them. we had clear plastic sleeves attached with double sided banner tape (strong stuff) but he didnt like the sleeves. the edges of the sleeve were pvc or acrylic and that was fine. but the plastic that spanned was a thinner plastic that is flexible. that was soooo not ok.
he demands they are redone in full hard plastic. obviously we could have a fab shop custom made them, at an incredible expense (we need 172.) but this project is starting to bleed us dry.
help us r3v. i have exhausted all other options.
