Just curious. I was told 4-6 days. Friday was the 6th business day. I was hoping everything would be in so I could get my front end back together on my cabrio. :(

Why not email them directly probably far easier. The only time I did not get my order within 2 days was when I was specifically told it would take a week or two to get.

good morning. Youd get an answer within 5 minutes if youd email me. I cant tie a screen name with an order so Im not sure which order this is for. I am tied to the internet 24/7 so if you email me (not pm me) unless Im sleeping you could have an answer within 5 minutes.. I will explain this just so you know how it works. Stuff I drop ship leaves same day you order it,(assuming its not a weekend) . BMW specific parts (those that have to come directly from bmw) take 4-6 business days to get to me. And then I ship to you. BMW will not drop ship. We know this is sometimes an inconvenience but the flip side is we are a 1 stop shop where you can get whatever you need as long as you plan properly. The other catch we and everyone else is running into is German customs. Because of post Bin Laden threats the ports are backed up in Europe as customs is taking longer. Bottom line is Im sorry you didnt get your parts when you needed them but if you email me I will tell you to the best of my ability when you can expect them

Dude you should have just emailed Steve. I have had email convo's about parts with him late at night his time. He is always quick to respond, and let's you know what's going on.

I've gotten parts before I even told him I needed them, let alone pay... or at least it seems that way.

Even when he was eating a thick burrito in mexico he was on emails, so expect none less but like he said some parts take time I been through the same so it's all good!!
