After car is warmed up check engine light comes on.

When my 1988 325is gets warmed up check engine light comes on and stays there. I tried doing stomp test but check engine light does not blink. Help me out guys what could be wrong?

NO stays on. If I disconnect battery its will go away till car is warmed up.

First off, make sure you have a 173 ECU before doing to stomp test.
a 153 does not support it.
IF you have a 153. Put in a 173. It's worth it
