Anyone know where to find pre-made plastic discs?

I'm working on an idea for some new centercap emblems for my wheels, and I'm trying to find a source for pre-made plastic discs, 77 - 77mm in diameter. They wouldn't need to be any more than about 1/16 - 1/8" thick, and I'd only need 4 of them, 8 if possible to have spares.

Does anyone know of a place where I can get something like this from? The only thing I can find around here is a plastics supply place, and he said he'd have to have them laser cut at a final cost of about $30 for 4 of them.

What kind of plastic are you looking to get? ABS? Polycarbonate?

Honestly, it really doesn't matter. I just want something will be paintable, then apply vinyl decals to and clearcoat.

I can't find what I want for my wheels, so I'm making them.

$30 to have them cut. After paying about $10 for the material. Don't you think if they're available somewhere, they'd probably be a little cheaper than $10 each? Especially if I'd like to have 8 of them?

And that adjustable hole saw won't work, I can't have a hole in the center. They need to be just flat, solid discs.

Hmmmm. I'd say you'll have to get creative. Maybe find some cheap ebay caps and then apply your decal to that?

The other option is to find a local hackerspace, and see if someone there is interested in doing the work.

                    Josh,
Check the plumbing aisle at Lowe's or Home Depot if you have them where you live. I use a plastic test plug to make centers for my AC Schnitzer wheels. The ones I use are 52mm Dia.
The following is some info I sent to a fellow member recently.
I hope this helps you out.

                    UPDATE!!!!!
The most recent ones I made were slightly different. The basic plug is the same except painted silver to match the wheels. Then I had the AC Schnitzer logo printed on clear vinyl and cut them out and applied. They are about $35 for a minimum of 20 logos. They came out perfectly. Here's a picture:

Again, good luck and send pictures when you finish the project.
