    Quick question

Seems like everyone on r3v checks out general discussion, and not as many check out the forced induction section.

    So here's my question:

Got this in a kit...and I don't know what it is.

I'm going to say it's an RRFPR.

Does it replace the stock FPR? Or do I keep the stock FPR and hook up the lines accordingly?

I can't imagine you hooking it up with the stock FPR in place. But I could be wrong

Yep, you nailed it. You only need one FPR.

if you were to run the stock fpr inline it would gay out the pressure. ditch it and run that one

            Hi ;)

Anyone else got any ideas? I don't see how this will fit in the stock fuel rail

LOL @ the guy running the stock FPR with the AFPR.

Ireland Engineering sells an adapter that replaces the stock FPR on the fuel rail so that you can run one like yours. It's pretty cheap.

funny that someone would mount both. I'm hoping that guy just has it in there to see where it fits.... or maybe gutted the stock one so he didn't have to make/buy and adapter.

With the extra nipple, it would indicate a rising rate FPR. Check the rest of your parts to see if there is an adapter already in the kit. If they are going to supply a RR FPR, they would hopefully supply the adapter for the stock fuel rail.

(assuming you're building a 2.5, when you're done with the swap, send me your FPR - I need a spare for my chump car... :D)

Looks like this is an AFPR.

The guy before me ran the stock FPR and this AFPR, I think.

What should I do? Will I be fine running just the stock FPR? I'll have a wideband so the AFR will be adjusted accordingly at idle. I'm looking for ~8 lbs of boost with 30lb injectors.
