need info on 318is canadian model

Hi: Can someone tell me the difference between the USA model 318is and the Canadian model?

Also, can you put a m-tech one kit on a 89 car, or do you have to use the m-tech two?

Can't help with the first question, but as far as the MTech goes, you would need to go MTech-II, unless you wanted to do a LOT of fab work.

I was hoping not to do the fab. work, but I thought; after looking at some of the cars on this forum, that I might have to go m-tech two.

Canadian spec 318is came with ITBs and euro bumpers standard.















































Nah, the only real difference between US and Can. cars is the cluster and economy gauge reading in kilometers.


Cold weather package was standard (or very common) I believe as well...heated mirrors, seats, whatever else came as part of that package.

I guess my 318i is worth 3000 then.
