Thinking of selling. Help me figure what my car's worth.

I haven't had this car that long but prevailing circumstances may have me needing to sell it to free up some cash. I know this probably gets asked often but I couldn't find any decent answers since prices are kinda all over on these.

So basic info..
1991 318is, 4:10lsd

-no rust (it's solid, been around the whole car pretty thoroughly)
-bilstein sports with H&R springs
-UUC short shifter
-Momo shift knob w/ Matt-B boots
-Sports seats in very good condition, one small crack, full function
-exterior in great shape minor front damage (rear 4/5 of the car are great)
-Lamin-X yellow fogs
-paint in good shape but not perfect, its 20 years old.
-"mess under intake" taken care of
-Thule roof rack
New since I've owned:
-valve cover gasket'
-fuel filter
-all fluids
-plugs
-cleaned TB and all hoses
-K&N filter

The bad
-A/C doesn't work, or it may, the belt isn't hooked up
-odometer doesn't work (PO took the clear cover off the gauges for some reason)
-slight play in steering
-may leak steering fluid (bad rack?)
-dibbles some oil
-Could probably use rear brakes
-rear tires will need replaced before winter
-Dent on right fender
-Some slight damage to left fender

Ummm, maybe missing some things but those are the major good and bads. Few pics

Hope this isn't to redundant, I tried searching but again didn't come with any solid answers. Was thinking like $3500-4k?

if it were me i would sell my services on a local busy street corner before i sold that.a few backwards lemon bags and some bjs should earn you some cash.

over here that car could see upwards of 4k with that dent fix. not sure what the market is like in OH

Hahaha well thats my dilema. I would hate to see it go. I lucked out and found such a rust free one in Ohio. I've had two people stop me out of nowhere and ask if I'd sell it out of the blue. I do have some other things I can sell first but I can basically knock out all of my outstanding debt if I sold it. And I won't sell my Focus, had it for too long and would be hard to sell, it's got a lot of mods on it.
