E30 Newbie Needing Help

Hey guys. I've owned my preface e30 vert for about 6 months now. And over the six months I've noticed a bunch of things not right with this vert. It's a semi long list, but I want/need anyone's 2 cents on how to fix/ what to buy to help me fix the car. The only thing I've done to this car is oil change, spark plugs, coolant flush, and bought an engine fan. I haven't modded this car in any way....yet, the way it is, is the way I bought it. I don't have a lot of experience with e30s and I just turned 18. So if I sound a lil ignorant on issues, that's why. But Please HELP!!!!

Car Problems:
> Odometer (miles don't roll, doesn't light up with headlight)
> Suspension (no quality, lots of vibration in front and steering wheel. Especially at 55mph mark)
> Door Lock (only locks when door is closed, and have to manually lock doors by pushing the pins down by hand)
> AC (no cold air)
> Defroster (rear is on all the time when head lights are on & button is pushed, and front don't work)
> Rear windshield (obvious)
> Windows (dont line up)
> Rubber seals (not sealed, numerous leaks)
> Deck (bad installation)
> Interior (seems off)
> Fog light (driver side always on)
> Trunk (doesn't stay open)
> Carpeting (looks like certain spots are fading)
> Cruise control (doesn't work)

I can't try to post pics and vids of the problems if you guys would like.

> Suspension (no quality, lots of vibration in front and steering wheel. Especially at 55mph mark)check tie rods, control arms, wheel balancing, alignment
> Door Lock (only locks when door is closed, and have to manually lock doors by pushing the pins down by hand) do you have central locking? if yes, actuators might need replacement
> AC (no cold air) needs recharging
> Defroster (rear is on all the time when head lights are on & button is pushed, and front don't work) then don't push the button
> Rear windshield (obvious)
> Windows (dont line up) check the window regulator
> Rubber seals (not sealed, numerous leaks) seals where? replace seals, duhr.
> Deck (bad installation)take it off and check wiring
> Interior (seems off) what is off???
> Fog light (driver side always on) then it was wired wrong.
> Trunk (doesn't stay open) needs a new shock
> Carpeting (looks like certain spots are fading) dye it black
> Cruise control (doesn't work) check relay

Well, when i bought the car, the owner claimed it had 116k miles, he said they completely rebuilt the engine, and the car fax checked out. Also the guy that rebuilt it is my uncles mechanic. my uncle also has an e30 (mtech2) and he is currently doing an s50 swap. his username on here is mohmadr89. maybe you guys know him?

Check Light Blinks:

Okay, you can turn the check light off by looking up an the check panel by your rear view mirror. The brake lights turn off when you step on the brakes.

Replace the defroster switch and install a rear view mirror.

Fog lamps I am sure was wired wrong. So just look underneath and see if there is any wire that looks off. Check the fuse/relay as well.

Dude, I lol when you pulled out your antenna. You definitely need to replace it. lol.

The rear bumper strip is about $30 new for one side.
The rear window is actually stitched onto the convertible top. So you're pretty much screwed there. Coz a new top costs about $600 i think. If you do get a new one, i would suggest get a rear glass window one.

Other than that, everything looks nice.
