Purchase a trailer with Brakes! With proper hitch it's possible, Rather not tow a car trailer, a tire trailer or my kart trailer sure.

I would think suspension would be an issue as well, depending on how large the trailer was.

this looks very very scary, (god I really hope this was staged just for the pic) even with trailer brakes, and a weight distributing hitch, the wagon would be shoving that touring all over the fucking place especially in a cross wind. I would never even think about anything like that. Fuck I would not even put that trailer behind a 1/2 ton pick up loaded, 3/4 ton an up territory there. Cars are not for towing anything other than a lawn mower or row boat.

I've used my '89 caprice wagon to tow e30s but I've not towed with the e30. For only 140 horsepower, it tows 4000 lbs remarkably well haha.

I haven't been on the forum long, but I remember pictures of the silver touring towing a simple single car trailer with a 4 door auto-x car on board. Pretty neat picture.

Even if you have enough power, the diffs and transmissions were never built for that kind of stress and can go after a while. I wouldn't recommend it.

Well, keeping those factors in mind of course, there are options one can explore to pair the "most suitable" setup.
