    favorite tire pressure gauge

I've noticed that all my "cheapo" tire gauges give different readings. Which ones do you guys like?

    What about this one?

I bought a simple one from parker pneumatics. How exact do you really need to be with tires?? +- 2 psi is going to make a difference on cars. My bike I try to use a nice one.
Ma che cazzo state dicendo? :|

I use one like this...think it's kinda handy.

I slightly overshoot my intended pressure and use the bleed valve to adjust.

But more importantly, what pressures do you guys run? I have 34 +-1 all around adn tires seem to be sagging a little

I shoot for 29 front 32 rear because that's what the owner's manual says. Apparently my gauge is inaccurate and I'm actually running 32 front 35 rear.

you need to see what your tyres are rated at for inflation.

running a 55-60 psi max tyre at 32 lbs is not doing it any favors.

I have this one from Pegasus: http://www.pegasusautoracing.com/pro....asp?RecID=337

I love it. It reads exactly the same as an old expensive German-made TP gauge that my dad bought back in the '70s.

As opposed to a few other gauges we have, two being Accugauge (which read about 2lbs different than each other).

I like the ones that look like a tire. That way if I'm checking my tire pressure and I forget what I'm checking, it reminds me.

How do I find this info? Falken 512... so should I be running higher psi?

Look on the side of the three, it will say max load xxxxxx max pressure.

I alway run within 5-8 lbs of the max depending on the season ( silly hot here in the summer) you need to account for three expansion from heat which will raise your pressures . You can run more in colder weather or climates.

I have never had a problem with uneven tyre wear because of this either.

idk about that, 86lbs over what's suggested seems a bit overkill.

:p I know what you mean, i do the same thing.
