2 yr license suspension fml.

i had court today for the charge of possesion of marijuana within 1000 of a school zone.
first off i only had crumbs in the bag.
well when i went oup to the stand the judge explained my charges and said i would get 2 year suspended license and and pleaded guilty oviously cause i was and i went out to pay the fine but then went of up to the officer that arrested me and i spoke with him and he got the judge to forget about twhat happened in court and dismiss my guilty plea
so i can get a lawyer to go with me next time to bargin with the judge so get a less serious outcome.

can anyone here who has experience with the court system or has been in the situation help out?

for now i still have my license and am stil lfree to drive until my next court date.

Lawyer up and learn your damn penal and vehicle codes for the state of new jersey. In order to fully convict you of a charge, they have to successfully prove 5 or 6 very specific things per violation.

If you do it right, you won't have a suspended licence at all and maybe a little bit of comm service. Get educated my friend.
